Hey, I just download the game SWC, make my account, log in can see chars, i click char to enter game freezes and stops responding! help!

I clicked enter game it brings up char screen.

I click enter to go into game, its pauses for a sec then comes up "windows program has stopped responding, windows will try fnd a solution..."
