Antok I have an Aмериканский friend who would like to purchase a PA using PayPal as he doesn't have webmoney, what steps would he take to do this?
Hey i bought Premium Accounts with characters Jumong and Lyric yesterday at 20.00 . I have a problem. Our PA isn't activated yet, when i put on perks it says : Stats and perks has been set but when i check my skills they are not there! And when i go to the PA tower at Mortum it is locked i can't enter it. When i kill monsters i dont get 10% exp.
Antok/Frank please help me to activate my PA.

IS there alink on which we can see PA steps in english? Considering the english speakers increased in the server EoW most of them want buy PA but dont undertand anything.
