A lot of people were asking what is new patch all about so I will translate the main points of what Antok wrote...
New parameter "Stamina" is activeted. Stamina is necessary for training skills.
1. Costs of stamina while training depend on your skill. More skill you have, faster your stamina will run out.
2. 100/100 is stamina maximum (without bonuses).
3. Full regen of stamina takes 24 hours and does not need player to be online.
4. If stamina = 0 no skills are training.
5. There will be some bonuses which give stamina. Antok will write about them later.
