Normal Visa cant use Webmoney

International Visa is required

3 Players cant get PA's, system is completely fucked)

Perhaps give these people free first months until this can be sorted out? they are level 30 and need these PA's but cant get them.

99% of players - Russian. PA to pay in Russia and Ukraine is very simple through automatic instant payments. Adapt payments under foreign players is problematic and does not make sense.
